Textbook Conversion Project Seeks Bilingual Participants

International Mid-Pac College in Honolulu is seeking several persons bilingual in Korean and English to participate in a textbook conversion project.

The project involves converting textbooks (science and math) that are being used in Korean public schools into English versions. Once the textbook are converted, videos are produced for those lessons. The last session of each instructional video is a “Review Session” for each chapter.

Qualified persons are being sought for the review sessions. Applicants must be fluent in both Korean and English (first-language level). In addition, applications must feel comfortable standing in front of a camera. Screen tests will be conducted to determine whether applicants are sufficiently photogenic.
