Center for Korean Studies visiting scholar Jeong-Seok Kim will present a talk titled “Verbal Nouns and Structural Case in Korean Light Verb Constructions” Friday, February 28, 2014. The talk, sponsored by the Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures, will take place in the Center for Korean Studies Auditorium from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Jeong-Seok Kim, a professor in the Department of English Language and Literature at Korea University, has presented his works in many academic conferences and published numerous research papers in academically refereed journals. Representative publications include Syntactic Analysis: A First Course (2012) and When Grammar Meets Linguistics (2012).
