Kyujanggak Institute for Korean Studies Senior Fellowship

The Kyu­jang­gak Insti­tute for Kore­an Stud­ies at Seoul Nation­al Uni­ver­si­ty has issued a renewed call for appli­ca­tions for a senior fel­low (Fel­low­ship A) posi­tion begin­ning as ear­ly as Sep­tem­ber 2015. Appli­cants should hold an aca­d­e­m­ic posi­tion relat­ed to Kore­an stud­ies.

Ben­e­fits include a month­ly stipend, air­fare, hous­ing, and aca­d­e­m­ic sup­port (copy­ing, office space, library access). Fel­lows are expect­ed to be in res­i­dence for the peri­od cho­sen (six or ten months), par­tic­i­pate in aca­d­e­m­ic life at Seoul Nation­al Uni­ver­si­ty, and present their research at a col­lo­qui­um. Fel­lows are also strong­ly encour­aged to sub­mit their research to the Seoul Jour­nal of Kore­an Stud­ies or some oth­er Kyu­jang­gak pub­li­ca­tion.
