As part of the observance of the 110th anniversary of Korean immigration to Hawai’i, Korean fiber artist Jeeun Kim will present a solo exhibition of her recent work in Honolulu February 5–9, 2013.
The exhibition, titled Kapa to Hanji, Hanji to Kapa, will be held at the Pegge Hopper Gallery at 1164 Nuuanu Avenue in downtown Honolulu. An opening reception will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5.

Kim, a graduate of the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa Department of Art and Art History and a former instructor in the department, now teaches fiber art at Kyungsung University in Pusan.
